How to use · काम करने का तरीका
  1. Patient: Type a name or IPD in Find saved patient and select the dated result. Or enter a new patient. Prepared by comes from your staff login; select the consultant and Ayushman status.
  2. Dashboard: For the selected patient, open Treatment Chart, Lab Comparison, View Together or Progress Notes. Modify Treatment opens the editor; each medicine’s Edit selects that row. Edit lab results, then Save dashboard data. Progress Notes are date-wise and can open full screen. On an existing saved chart, note typing saves automatically after a short pause; wait for Saved. Save a new chart once before note auto-save is available. Notes and labs belong to this selected chart.
  3. Lab alerts: Lab review alerts checks the monitored parameters against entered report limits. Admin/Doctor can configure this patient's exact-unit limits and an optional rise/fall percentage. Save the rules with the chart. Unsaved draft assessments are labelled. Phone and automatic WhatsApp alerts require separate setup and are not active.
  4. Treatment: Choose a medicine saved in Medicine Master. Only its exact name stays locked in the chart; type is editable. No Admin approval is needed to add an existing medicine. If a legacy entry has no type, choose it before adding. Strength, dose, route, frequency, day and instructions remain editable. Master changes are Admin-only.
  5. Save: Click Save to cloud and wait for confirmation. Other computers use Refresh records and reopen the saved chart. A save conflict means a newer cloud version must be reviewed first.
  6. Print: Use Print / Save PDF. Choose A4 portrait, 100% scale and turn browser headers/footers off. Long charts continue automatically across A4 pages, with patient details and page numbers on each page. Three bedside rows remain on the last page.
  7. Pharmacy / WhatsApp: Use Share via WhatsApp on the treatment chart to send the complete current chart. The pharmacy reviews the orders and works out one day's supply. No supply pack setup or automatic quantity calculation is needed. For an A4 PDF, choose Print / Save PDF and attach the saved file in WhatsApp.
  8. Staff: Admin uses Manage staff for individual logins, names and access. First complete the owner-only server setup. Every staff member uses their own password and can change it under Change my password.
